About Nanna Bell & Friends

Nanna Bell is a well-travelled grandmother who writes letters to children from real places around the world, like the frozen edge of Antarctica, the pyramids of Egypt and the green heart of the Amazon.

Each letter comes as a download, so you can print it and hand it over whenever the moment is right. That might be a rainy afternoon, a long car trip, a day that's gone a bit wobbly, or a surprise that a grandparent has sent from afar.

Nanna Bell never travels alone in spirit. Back home, Judy Dog is waiting to open every letter. She is curious, bouncy and full of questions, and she gets children answering out loud, spotting letters and counting along.

Then Luma Owl, Judy's wise and gentle friend, flutters in at twilight to share the old legends and stories of each place, the kind that make little eyes go wide. For the grown-ups, there's Foxy Loxy.

Foxy is your behind-the-scenes guide, explaining what your child is learning and sharing easy ways to stretch each letter into days of screen-free fun.

Together they turn an ordinary day into an adventure, ready the moment you need one.
